With Garzöl we have honored a long-standing history by keeping intact those simple values that belong to our families.
Through the construction of the dry-stone walls, meticulously made by hand, Giulio’s scrupulous work, which fully embodies all the principles of heroic viticulture, has launched a plan to recover the vineyards that is based on biodiversity criteria and, at the same time, aims to preserve the heritage of the ancient vineyards of Valtellina.

Our journey begins with Valtellina Rosso DOC, a wine that embodies our philosophy—pure, expressive, and deeply connected to the land.
As our winery evolves, we proudly introduce:

• Güsberta DOCG – A single-vineyard wine that showcases the finesse of Valtellina’s high-altitude Nebbiolo.

• Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG – A rich, structured wine crafted using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to enhance their intensity.
